“The Baby Olimpiada shows how to enjoy friendship and sports”


A group of students participated in one the Baby Olimpiada held at Monteragón school.
Yesterday twelve schools from Zaragoza participated in the XIII Baby Olimpiada, organized by Montearagón school. More than 700 students and 400 members of the staff participated in a great festival.

Under the slogan 'sport makes friends' more than 700 children and teachers from 12 schools in the province of Saragossa participated in a new edition of tha Baby Olimpiada in Montearagón.
Luis Carlos Cuartero, captain of Real Zaragoza and one of the sponsors of these Olympics, went to bring good luck to the young athletes.

'It’s much work to organize this championship, but when you see the children off the bus with such a big smile it makes you feel very excited " said Carlos Bibi, teacher at Montearagón.
School volunteers also helped. So everything could happen as it was planned. Javeline, shooting, racing, long jumping ... participants were also able to enjoy and make new friends in the inflatable castles or during the travel by train …
